Erica Fields has been in real estate for over 20 years. Born and raised in the area, she is a true native to the West San Fernando Valley. With her deep-rooted knowledge of the area, years of experience in the standard and luxury home markets, close relationships with other agents in the area and complex transactional background, Erica brings her clients a combination of expertise, confidence and service in real estate that is rarely found.

To expand her knowledge further, Erica also worked in the transactional side of the business as an escrow officer and with a prestigious law firm in the foreclosure and short sale divisions. This experience and knowledge has helped her  and her clients tremendously during transactions on a day to day basis. This background is extremely important and unique making her more valuable in the home buying and selling process.

Erica's passion for helping her clients buy and sell homes began  at a very young age. Maybe it's genetic or maybe it's just coincidence, but Erica's Grandfather, James Wilson, designed thousands of homes throughout Los Angeles in the 1950's and 1960's. Erica takes great pride in this family history and continues to do what she can to carry out his name. 

Although she has participated in some of the Valley's more expensive and prestigious sales, Erica prides herself in having clients and properties in varied price ranges. Erica's client list includes celebrities, entertainment executives,  real estate investors, designers, the list is endless. 

Erica resides in Walnut Acres in Woodland Hills with her husband, son, daughter and dogs. She cherishes being a mother and wife, and together with her husband, who is a Senior Vice President at Fox Sports where he’s been for over 20 years, they’re involved parents who enjoy watching their children play sports. Erica is also very active in the surrounding communities, serving as a leading fund raiser for the LVUSD on top of her passionate commitment to multiple charities including the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Epilepsy Foundation, and the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America. Teaching her children about the importance of community and charitable involvement is a priority in Erica’s life. To excel in all of her goals, Erica lives a healthy lifestyle where she loves to cook, practice yoga, run, entertain family and friends in her home and  being of service to others. Finally and perhaps most notable is Erica’s vivacious, bubbly and warm personality. Ask anyone who knows her, or better yet meet her yourself to discover what truly separates Erica from all the rest.
